We offer a variety of learning opportunities including bespoke 1-1 tuition, schools presentations and one day courses for up to five students.


An introduction to hand stitched leather work - a  one day course with Mark Papworth of White Buffalo Crafts

Learn the basic hand skills needed to work with leather, and make a hand stitched leather belt to take home

 

Dates:                         Saturday 8th July 2017 or Saturday 23rd September 2017 or Saturday 4th November 2017

                     Times :                       Each course runs from 10am until 4pm

Ability:                        The course is designed for beginners and no prior experience is necessary - maximum of five people per course

Cost :                          £65 per person (this includes all materials and use of tools) - tea and coffee provided / bring your own packed lunch

Venue:                        The courses are run at Designer Makers 21, 21 St Nicholas Street, Diss, Norfolk IP22 4LB

 

Schools - school presentations can be developed to coordinate with various aspects of curriculum, such as materials, industrial history or arts and crafts.


Clubs and Societies - presentations and / or demonstrations of hand stitched leatherwork can be provided.


Bespoke courses - tuition can be given on and 1-1 basis for individuals with a particular project or skill in mind.
